You retain full ownership of all content you create using BlurbBio, including manuscripts, Story Bible entries, and all other creative work.

We do NOT use your content to train AI models. Your creative work remains completely private and yours.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the BlurbBio service.

Free Trial: 7-day free trial with full Author plan access. No credit card required.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in USD.

Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Contact support for refund requests.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

AI credits are allocated based on your subscription plan. Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.

Different AI features consume different credit amounts. Credit costs are clearly displayed before use.

You agree not to use BlurbBio to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

BlurbBio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.

Continued use of BlurbBio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
